We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. We will also consider a strong B-Level Technician with excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills. We specialize in servicing European, Asian, and domestic vehicles and are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and professional development. Our Weekly Compensation Plan: We believe skilled technicians should be rewarded for their productivity and quality workmanship.
- Under 25 hours $1,000
- 25–29 hours $1,300
- 30–34 hours $1,600
- 35–39 hours $1,900
- 40–49 hours $2,200
- 50–59 hours $2,500
- 60+ hours $3,000
Example Annual Earnings:
- 30 billable hours weekly: $83,200
- 35 billable hours weekly: $98,800
- 40 billable hours weekly: $114,400
- 50 billable hours weekly: $130,000
Annual earnings assume consistent weekly production over 52 weeks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair European, Asian, and domestic vehicles.
- Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics.
- Diagnose engine performance and mechanical problems.
- Troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Use professional diagnostic scan tools and equipment.
- Perform thorough bumper-to-bumper vehicle inspections.
- Identify needed repairs and document findings accurately.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate diagnostic findings with service advisors.
- Follow established shop procedures and quality-control standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently.
- Experience with professional automotive diagnostic equipment.
- European vehicle experience is a plus.
- ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
