Mike More Miles is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Lombard, IL who wants consistent work without a flat-rate pay plan.

• Hourly pay — $30–$40/hour
• Steady workflow — approximately 70–100 vehicles per week
• Flexible scheduling — 5-day work week
• PTO available immediately — 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Handle a steady workflow in a busy repair environment
• Communicate with the service and technician team
• Work collaboratively to keep vehicles moving through the shop

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• General automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work productively in a busy repair environment
• Interest in continued automotive training and development

Mike More Miles operates a four-bay, four-lift shop using NAPA TRACS and is looking for a technician interested in becoming a long-term part of the team.
