Super Tech Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its locally owned, full-service repair shop in Willow Park, Texas. The shop is known for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, thorough vehicle inspections, and a diagnostic-first approach to repair. This opportunity is designed for a high-level B-Level or A-Level technician and offers $40-$55 per flagged hour, a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, heated and air-conditioned bays, paid training, and a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and other vehicle concerns in a diagnostic-heavy workflow.
• Perform general automotive repair, maintenance, inspections, and component removal and replacement.
• Thoroughly inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify needed repairs and service priorities.
• Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, European, commercial, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform transmission removal and replacement, timing-chain repairs, brake service, alignments, and electrical repairs.
• Complete intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics using scan tools and testing equipment.
• Prepare repair estimates for assigned work; parts ordering is handled separately.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document vehicle findings through Tekmetric.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• High-level B-Level or A-Level automotive technician skills with the ability to perform most assigned repairs independently.
• Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic ability, including electrical and drivability diagnosis.
• Broad experience working across multiple vehicle makes rather than experience limited to a single manufacturer.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic scan tools; Snap-on and Launch equipment are used in the shop.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Digital vehicle inspection experience is preferred, and technicians are required to provide their own tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$55 per flagged hour.
• Weekly direct deposit.
• Qualified technicians may receive a 30-hour guarantee.
• B-Level earning potential of approximately $80,000-$100,000 annually and A-Level earning potential of approximately $100,000-$150,000 annually; actual earnings depend on production and are not guaranteed.
