Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care are hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers for multiple high-volume locations across the Houston area. Our shops are built for serious advisors who want strong car count, strong technician support, proven processes, and real earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Write and manage repair orders from intake through delivery
- Build accurate estimates and communicate recommendations clearly
- Sell needed maintenance and repair work with professionalism
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and shop leadership
- Maintain strong CSI and customer retention
- Help drive sales, gross profit, workflow, and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience strongly preferred
- Ability to write estimates and explain repairs clearly
- Mechanical knowledge or strong familiarity with repair and maintenance services
- Strong closing, follow-up, and customer communication skills
- Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable managing multiple repair orders
- Positive attitude and commitment to team performance
