RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
Help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs
Provide clear, knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles
Explain product features and available options
Build rapport and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Learn to overcome objections and close deals confidently
Report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
High energy and enthusiastic attitude throughout the day
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality – especially under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
