-5-day work week (Monday through Friday! We are CLOSED weekends!!!)
-$125K+ earning potential for the right technician

-10 days of PTO after 90 days. 15 days of PTO after 2 years.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive & Diesel Technician who wants to work with others at the same professional level and can provide high-quality diagnostics and repairs.

We want a technician who knows how to diagnose instead of guess, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of fixing vehicles right the first time.

You do not have to know everything.

But you do need to have a strong mechanical foundation, be able to perform repairs independently, be willing to diagnose problems properly, and be open to continuing to learn and improve.

We are a team that works together to serve our customers and get vehicles diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road as efficiently as possible.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have been designed to create an environment that is organized, efficient, and free from unnecessary chaos and drama.

Pay will vary based on ability, experience, skill level, and production, but the right technician has the opportunity to earn $125K+ per year.

There is no artificial pay ceiling.

If you continue developing your skills and produce at a high level, your earning potential should grow with you.
