North Houston Mitsubishi is seeking experienced Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives who know how to engage customers, work internet leads, and turn phone conversations into showroom appointments.

Experience with any automotive brand is welcome. If you have worked in a dealership BDC, internet sales department, or automotive sales role and understand what it takes to get customers through the door, we want to hear from you.

We re looking for confident communicators who follow up consistently, take ownership of their leads, and deliver professional customer service.

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Respond promptly to incoming sales calls, internet leads, texts, and online inquiries.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective buyers, previous customers, and unconverted leads.

• Schedule qualified showroom appointments and confirm customer attendance.

• Follow up with missed appointments and reconnect with customers.

• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up tasks in the dealership CRM.

• Communicate vehicle availability, product information, and dealership promotions accurately.

• Work closely with sales representatives and managers to ensure a smooth customer handoff.

• Meet established expectations for response time, customer contact, appointments, and showroom visits.

• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service throughout the customer s shopping experience.

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive dealership experience required, preferably in BDC, internet sales, or automotive sales.

• Experience with any manufacturer or dealership brand.

• A demonstrated ability to set appointments and maintain consistent customer follow-up.

• Strong phone skills and clear, professional written communication.

• Experience using dealership CRM systems, email, and text messaging.

• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple leads without missing follow-up opportunities.

• A dependable, motivated attitude and willingness to be accountable for results.

• Availability to work the dealership s required schedule.
