Voice Chevrolet is immediately seeking one experienced Auto Body / Collision Technician for our collision repair operation.

PAY: $29 $35 PER FLAT-RATE HOUR, based on experience and qualifications.

Voice Chevrolet's recent direct advertisement for this exact position offered $24 $29 flat rate. The upgraded $29 $35 recruiting range puts this opportunity approximately 20% above that benchmark.

Voice's existing job posting also identifies Monday-Friday/no weekends, steady year-round work, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and matching, PTO, paid training, uniforms, paid I-CAR/GM training and Michigan licensing expenses among its benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform collision and body repairs
• Repair and replace damaged panels and components
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Identify additional collision damage
• Perform repairs according to OEM and industry procedures
• Work with estimators and management throughout repairs
• Maintain excellent quality standards
• Properly utilize collision repair equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional collision/body-shop experience is required. GM experience and I-CAR certifications are preferred. Applicants should possess strong collision repair skills, attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
