As anExperienced Staffon ourFamily Office Tax team, you will support the preparation of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and families, including complex investment structures and multi-entity filings.You’llgain exposure to sophisticated tax work early in your career and work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to mentorship and development. This is an opportunity to move beyond basic compliance work and build a strong technical foundation inhigh-net-worthtaxation.
Tax Preparation & Compliance
Prepare complex individual income tax returns (Form 1040) for high-net-worthindividuals.
Assistwith preparation of partnership (Form 1065) and trust (Form 1041) returns.
Work on returns withinvestment-heavy structures, including private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments (with guidance from senior team members).
Assistwithforeign reporting and international complianceas applicable (e.g., FBAR, FATCA).
Deliveraccurate,timelywork whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail and firm standards.
Technical Development
Build foundationalexpertiseinhigh net worth and family office tax matters
Learn to navigatecomplex tax scenarios and multi-entity structures
Assistin researching and resolving technical tax questions alongside senior team members.
Client & Team Collaboration
Work closely with seniors and managers on client engagements.
Support team workflow by organizing data, preparing deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on learning, development, and high-quality servicedelivery.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accountingor related field.
1–4+ years of tax experience, preferably inpublic accounting or family office environments.
Exposurepartnerships, trusts, and investment-related tax work.
Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
Preferred Background
CPA or requirements to pursue CPA
Experience working withhigh-net-worthclients and complex investment structures
Exposurealternative investments and foreign reporting.
Background inpublic accounting, HNW tax, or family office environments
