Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Team Lead—a top-producing real estate professional with more than 29 years of experience—to support clients throughout their buying and selling journey.
• Attend buyer and listing consultations.
• Show properties to prospective buyers.
• Provide timely, detailed written feedback to help confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Assist with on-site sales and listing-related needs.
• Meet photographers, stagers, and vendors at properties when needed.
• Deliver and retrieve lockboxes, signage, and marketing materials.
• Obtain property documents from local building and assessor’s offices.
• Manage client records, communications, and tasks in Brivity.
• Generate leads and follow up with database contacts.
• Participate in daily script practice to strengthen communication skills and confidence.
• Participate in team meetings, events, and activities.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, PLACE training, Brivity training, and PLACE Partner Calls.

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
