Family Skin Care Center is a growing medical aesthetics and dermatology practice in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, dedicated to providing personalized patient care, natural-looking aesthetic results, and high-quality medical and cosmetic treatments.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in aesthetic injectables and procedural dermatology to join our provider team.
As an Aesthetic & Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, you will provide both cosmetic and medical dermatology services while creating personalized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, anatomy, and clinical needs.
The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced aesthetic injections and is also experienced with procedural dermatology, including skin biopsies, laser treatments, and other in-office procedures.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
Botox and Dysport
Dermal fillers
Sculptra
Radiesse
PRP/PRF
Perform medical and procedural dermatology treatments, including:
Skin biopsies
Laser treatments
Other in-office dermatologic procedures
Provide natural-looking facial rejuvenation and full-face aesthetic treatments.
Assess facial anatomy and perform facial balancing and treatment planning.
Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare, and long-term treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.
Provide appropriate patient follow-up and ensure a high standard of clinical care.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Stay current with new aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and patient safety standards.
Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a licensed provider in both:
Aesthetic injecting, and
Procedural dermatology.
Demonstrated experience with facial rejuvenation, facial balancing, and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes.
Strong knowledge of cosmetic injectables and treatment planning.
Experience performing or assisting with dermatologic procedures such as biopsies and laser treatments.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
Warm, professional, ethical, and confident bedside manner.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
Advanced experience with collagen stimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse.
PRP/PRF and regenerative aesthetic treatments.
Laser and light-based technologies.
Medical-grade skincare.
Advanced facial rejuvenation and full-face treatment planning.
$60+/hour base rate, depending on experience, plus performance incentives
OR tiered productivity-based commission
