We are looking for an experienced Property and Casualty Sales Agent who wants to do meaningful work in a bright, welcoming virtual office environment. We have a local office and want to increase our staff to hit future goals by adding a virtual team! A virtual sales agent must have strong closing ability, great follow up skills, and be efficient in time management to be the most productive.. We thrive on premium sold but we also monitor talk time and new conversation with clients.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

1. CALL AND CLOSE CURRENT LEADS THAT ARE SHOPPING
2. QUOTE LEADS OR CALL ALREADY QUOTED LEADS ( WE PAY FOR PEOPLE TO QUOTE FOR YOU)
3. ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN IT RINGS AS WE HAVE A STRONG FOCUS ON GETTING YOU LEADS YOU CAN CLOSE
4. FULL TIME HOURS NEEDS AS THIS IS NOT A PART TIME POSITION BUT HOURS ARE FLEXIBL.E
5. MUST BE ABLE TO OPPERATE WITHOUT MICRO MANAGEMENT!

Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of three years of experience in an insurance sales

Solid understanding of policy coverages, endorsements, and risk assessment.

Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
