Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Travel Experience Consultant at Escapes By Sandra. The Experience Planning Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and booking vacation packages, managing client inquiries and requests, ensuring travel arrangements are organized, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel experiences by handling flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries while adhering to budget constraints and company policy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Previous experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
