    Description

    IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit/healthcare space by bringing the brand to life through meaningful donor-facing experiences. You will help design and execute integrated marketing campaigns and event experiences that deepen engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.

    Position Overview for the Experience Marketing Specialist:

    • Support the development and execution of experience marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
    • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, IT, Digital, and Experiential to deliver cohesive campaigns
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement events to deliver seamless, high-impact attendee experiences
    • Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Provide marketing oversight and event support for a portfolio of 25+ events, serving as a primary marketing point of contact for event staff

    Requirements for the Experience Marketing Specialist:

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or experiential marketing
    • Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multi-channel campaigns
    • Strong project management skills and comfort working in a matrixed organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
