Experience Lab Coordinator

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Event Coordinator Responsibilities - 70%

• Responsible for safety, security, customer meet/greet, hospitality, catering services, facility management, meeting room readiness, and daily AV operations

• Maintain event equipment, supplies, and props

• Proactively contact and respond to event owners about their responsibilities and next steps

• Operations Coordinator Responsibilities - 30%

• Work with facilities management to ensure the Experience Lab and main lobby meet appearance expectations, cleanliness, and functionality

• Promote positive culture that encourages and ensures staff engagement by coordinating food giveaways, anniversaries, and acknowledgment celebrations

• Assist with mail room activities such as printing, mail prep, and distribution

• Willingness to travel up to 10%

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 3 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
