Responsibilities:- Greet and check in/check out hotel guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt and effective resolution
- Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails regarding bookings and hotel information
- Maintain front desk operations, including night audit procedures when required
Requirements:- Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fosse, or similar
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus
