Experience Hospice RN/LVN

Meaningful work driven by heartsWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse in Lubbock and surrounding areas to provide skilled nursing care to patients and families in the home setting. Responsibilities*Assess and monitor hospice patients. *Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management.*Administer medications and treatments as ordered*Educate and support patients and caregivers.*Communicate changes in condition to the care team and physician * Maintain accurate clinical documentation. *Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team. *Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
