Toyota Texas is seeking a motivated Experience Center Ambassador to support the mission of the Experience Center and manufacturing facility by leading guided tours for visitors of all ages. The role focuses on sharing Toyota’s values, community involvement, career opportunities, and future mobility vision through storytelling and meaningful engagement.
Ambassadors narrate scripted tours, safely operate electric trams, and interact with diverse groups of guests. Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with students and community members.
Responsibilities include:
Managing tour reservations
Driving electric trams
Narrating several tours each day
Assisting with guest loading and unloading
Preparing and cleaning PPE
Presenting to groups
Performing phone and email outreach
Reporting safety concerns
Requirements include:
18 years old
Microsoft Office experience
Strong communication
Customer service skills
Ability to speak confidently to groups and work with all organizational levels, including executives.
Preferred experience includes customer service, education, manufacturing, or prior tour-guide work.
