Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: To serve as the on-site operations supervisor of the Experience Center responsible for overseeing daily operations during public hours and ensuring a seamless, high-quality visitor experience; provides direct support to team and oversight of staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day team coordination to maintain consistent performance, particularly during peak hours, weekends, and special events, while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment.

This is a Safety-Sensitive Job for Purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.

This position is not considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

Must be available to work weekends and occasional after-hours events.

Incumbents must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age due to the handling and/or service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with Arkansas state law.

This position may require one or more of the following pre-employment screenings: drug and alcohol screening, or background investigation.

  • Buy-up 1 Plan: $2,000 deductible (in network), $30 co-pay for PCP - $60 co-pay for specialist; Prescription co-pays: $15, $45, $70, $70 co-pay; no additional Rx deductible.
