    Job Purpose:

    The Expansion Store Manager is responsible for managing the planning, setup, and execution of new store openings across designated regions. This role ensures that each store launch is smooth, on time, and aligned with brand standards. The Expansion Store Manager will oversee everything from site selection to grand opening, including recruitment, store design, inventory setup, marketing initiatives, and team development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. New Store Opening Planning & Execution:

    Site Selection & Evaluation: Collaborate with real estate and development teams to evaluate and select optimal store locations based on demographics, foot traffic, and competitive analysis.

    Store Design & Setup: Work with the design team to finalize store layout and ensure compliance with brand standards. Oversee construction and store setup, ensuring timely completion and quality.

    Budget Management: Manage the store opening budget to ensure all expenses are tracked and adhered to, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.

    1. Staffing & Training:

    Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and hiring process for key store positions, including store managers, sales associates, and operational support.

    Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training plans, ensuring new hires are well-prepared in product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.

    Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by facilitating team-building activities and continuous staff development.

    1. Inventory & Merchandising:

    Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory to the new store, aligned with demand and store size.

    Merchandising: Ensure product displays, signage, and store layouts reflect brand guidelines and are optimized for customer experience.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Experience:

    1-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in store expansion, openings, or new market launches.

    Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

    Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and operational processes for new store setups.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

    Skills:

    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and teams.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

    Ability to solve problems and think strategically under pressure.

    Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

    Knowledge of customer experience best practices and industry trends.

    Working Conditions:

    This position may require travel to new store locations and flexible working hours during the opening phases.

    Must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines and priorities
