What we’ll offer you:
- Compensation: 30 and up /hour based on experience
- 401(k) plan with a match
Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 7:30am-3:30pm with a 60 minute lunch
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Provide comprehensive chairside assistance to the dentist, supporting all clinical procedures and patient care protocols.
- Stay current with dental technologies, emerging clinical techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance back-office operational efficiency.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Perform advanced radiographic procedures, including digital imaging, exposure, and precise interpretation for diagnostic purposes.
- Actively support team performance goals, contributing to practice efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) or with demonstrable advanced clinical skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Advanced state certifications including: Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), Radiology Certification, Advanced Chairside Procedures Certification, CPR, and current professional license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with comprehensive dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and demonstrated ability to manage complex digital patient records and billing systems
