• Interest In: A truly unique combination of exotic animal medicine and high-quality small-animal general practice within an AAHA-accredited hospital. Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care has built a reputation as a destination for exotic veterinary medicine in the region while maintaining a strong foundation in comprehensive dog and cat care. For a veterinarian with an existing passion for exotics or someone who has always wanted the opportunity to develop one this is the kind of caseload and clinical environment that is difficult to find in traditional general practice.

Alongside its extensive exotic medicine capabilities, Brook-Falls provides comprehensive GP care including wellness and preventative medicine, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, senior medicine, pain management, internal medicine, and client education. You don't have to choose between practicing excellent GP medicine and pursuing exotics here, you have the opportunity to do both.

• Exotics Aren't an Add-On Here: At many general practices, "exotics" may mean occasionally seeing a rabbit or guinea pig. At Brook-Falls, exotic medicine is a core part of the hospital's identity, caseload, and expertise. For an experienced veterinarian already practicing exotic medicine, this is an opportunity to step into an established exotic caseload rather than having to build one from scratch. For a veterinarian with strong GP experience and a genuine interest in exotics, you'll be surrounded by clinicians and a team who can help you progressively incorporate exotic cases as your knowledge and confidence grow.

• Experienced Veterinarian Opportunity: This role is best suited for an experienced veterinarian as the hospital has recently welcomed a new graduate and is committed to providing that doctor with a strong, focused mentorship experience. Adding an experienced clinician allows us to balance the doctor team, support case flow, and continue delivering high-quality medicine across both our GP and exotic caseload while honoring the time and attention required for effective new-graduate mentorship.
• Experienced Veterinarian Growth: Experienced doctors will find the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine while joining a team that values collaboration and continued professional growth. In addition to generous CE support, you'll have access to our Clinical Tracks Program, offering complimentary RACE-approved CE facilitated by veterinary specialists within our network.
• Supportive, Experienced Technical Staff: Work alongside a skilled and dedicated support team experienced in supporting both traditional companion-animal medicine and the unique needs of exotic patients. Strong technical capabilities in anesthesia monitoring, dentistry assistance, laboratory diagnostics, patient handling, treatments, and client communication allow our veterinarians to focus on medicine, case quality, and patient care.
• Layout & Facility Highlights: A full-service veterinary hospital equipped to support both comprehensive dog and cat medicine and an extensive exotic caseload, with multiple exam rooms, treatment and diagnostic areas, surgical and dental capabilities, in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and workflows designed to support thorough and efficient patient care across a remarkably diverse patient population.
