Exercise Physiologist I or II - Henderson Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Job Overview:

The Cardiopulmonary Rehab Exercise Physiologist II performs a variety of clinical and technical tasks to create and maintain an optimal environment for the testing, training, monitoring of recovery and education of cardiac and pulmonary patients. They will serve as an advocate/coach to work with individuals who have or are at risk for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease. He/she will use evidence-based practice when providing direct patient care.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an exercise related field such as exercise science, exercise physiology, or sports medicine Required
• Internship in Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab strongly Preferred

Experience Qualifications:

• Work experience in a health-related field Preferred

Location: Deaconess Henderson Hospital - 1305 N. Elm Street, Henderson, KY 42420

Hours/Shift: 40 per week, Monday - Friday, Days - no weekends

Pay Scales:

Exercise Physiologist I - $20.67 to $28.94

Exercise Physiologist II - $22.32 to $31.25
