Exercise Physiologist
Location: Auburn, WA
Shift: 4-10 schedule, Mon-Thu, 4am-2pm
Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

What is Expected?:
- Applicant needs to be a self-starter and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting.
- Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team.
- Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone.
- Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/Boeing SOP
- Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
- Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.
- Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field
- Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults
- Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
