Executive Vice President, Brand Marketing
What We Need
Corpay is seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead the companys enterprise brand, advertising, creative, and media agenda. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this executive will define how Corpay is positioned and expressed in the market and will own enterprise brand strategy, positioning and messaging, brand architecture, advertising strategy, creative development, media planning and investment, social media, PR, websites, sponsorships, corporate brand standards, and the performance of Corpays agency ecosystem.
This is a highly visible leadership role at an important point in Corpays evolution. The successful candidate will combine world-class brand and creative judgment with commercial and financial discipline. This leader must be equally comfortable shaping enterprise positioning, evaluating a creative idea, challenging a media plan, working directly with agencies, presenting to senior executives, and using performance data to determine where Corpay should invest its next marketing dollar.
The EVP, Brand Marketing will partner closely with the Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams, to ensure alignment on product and line-of-business marketing, sales alignment, tactical marketing, campaign execution, and results reporting. The Brand leader will create the enterprise strategy, ideas, advertising, and market pressure that translate into stronger awareness, product-level interest, and commercial demand.
How We Work
As Executive Vice President of Brand Marketing, you will be expected to work in an office environment, alongside your colleagues, full-time in our Buckhead, Atlanta office. Corpay operates with a high degree of accountability, speed, and executive involvement. We are looking for a leader who stays close to the work, makes decisions quickly, raises standards, and builds strong partnerships across the enterprise.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Enterprise Brand Strategy & Positioning
Owning Corpays enterprise brand strategy and continuously sharpening the companys positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
Developing a clear message and brand architecture that connects the Corpay masterbrand with its businesses, products, and customer value propositions across markets.
Translating complex payments and financial-services capabilities into simple, compelling stories that customers, employees, and investors can understand.
Advertising & Creative Leadership
Setting the creative ambition for Corpay and raising the quality, distinctiveness, speed, and effectiveness of enterprise and product advertising.
Leading creative strategy and development across video, digital, social, print, out-of-home, sponsorship activation, and emerging channels from brief through production and launch.
Providing clear creative direction to internal teams and agency partners and ensuring the work is strategically grounded, unmistakably Corpay, and strong enough to compete with the best brands in the market.
Media Strategy, Planning & Investment
Owning enterprise media strategy, planning, placement, and investment across brand and product advertising.
Leading media-agency relationships and making disciplined decisions across reach, frequency, audience, geography, channel mix, test design, and investment levels.
Managing significant media and production budgets with strong financial discipline while protecting the long-term value of brand building.
Product & Enterprise Advertising
Partnering with Product Management, Product and Demand Marketing, Sales, and business leaders to identify the products, capabilities, and customer problems that deserve advertising support.
Creating advertising platforms that can work at both enterprise and product levels without fragmenting the Corpay brand or creating disconnected one-off campaigns.
Ensuring product advertising creates genuine excitement, interest, and propensity to buy rather than simply communicating features.
Agency, Measurement & Operating Leadership
Owning and continuously improving Corpays agency ecosystem across strategy, creative, production, and media, with clear scopes, decision rights, performance expectations, and commercial discipline.
Establishing a rigorous measurement framework that connects advertising investment to awareness, familiarity, consideration, product interest, and measurable business outcomes.
Stabilizing, assessing, and reshaping the Brand organization to create stronger talent, clearer accountability, faster execution, and a high-performance operating cadence.
Serving as a senior member of the Marketing Leadership Team and a trusted adviser to the CMO and other senior executives on brand, creative, media, reputation, and investment decisions.
