Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Executive Support Coordinator. This role focuses on providing administrative support to executives, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining confidential documentation, and supporting daily executive operations in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas

  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive business information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, executive support, office coordination, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
