OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture with dotted line relationships to the company's Officers (the Co-Presidents and Chief Financial & Operations Officer), the Executive Services & People Operations Specialist provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership while serving as a contributor to day-to-day people operations. This hybrid role ensures seamless executive functioning, supports organizational effectiveness, and enhances the employee experience through support of various People & Culture processes, strong relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving. The Specialist also acts as the Chicago office manager, supporting its day-to-day functions and serving as the main point of contact with building management. The Specialist is highly organized, detail oriented and thrives in a mission driven environment, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
Executive Support (40%)
Project Administration: Client Experience (15%)
Project Administration: Client Development (25%)
People Operations (20%)
Office Administration (5%)
The Specialist may be assigned additional relevant job-specific duties and responsibilities as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Physical Requirements: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While this role requires large periods of time sitting, the incumbent must possess the ability to move throughout the office to support staff, access items, manage supplies, and interact with building personnel. The incumbent must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs. Campbell & Company will provide reasonable accommodation to enable qualified individuals to perform the role.
• Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The role requires an in-person work presence of at least two days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed for executive support and office management responsibilities. Individuals working remotely must maintain a work environment comparable to an office environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000. In addition, Campbell & Company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
