    Job Title: Administrative Assistant
    Employment Type: Contract
    Work Hours: 40 hrs./week
    Work site: 100% Onsite.
    Location: 65 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401
    Job Duration: 6 Months

    Minimum Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    Work Experience:
    • At least one year of relevant experience

    Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
    • Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. Managing multiple tasks
    • Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines Ability to process applications, register and review for completion
    • Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR Duties, include but not limited to:
    • Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets) Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
    • Data entry
    • Emailing, scanning and faxing duties Reception desk coverage Processing mail
    • Corresponding with and answering customer questions Scheduling appointments

    Preferred Skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.

    Miscellaneous Information:
    • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM- 5 PM
    • Free parking on site available
    • Public bus stops within a block of the office for convenient transportation.
    • Interviews will be conducted in person
    • Training will be provided
