Executive Secretariat Program Manager – Publications & Issuances

Contingent upon contract award. Full-time, 100% on site at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. Monday–Friday, 0800–1630, with occasional support outside normal duty hours during contingencies or exercises. Public Trust (Tier 2) background check and CAC required.

Claxton Logistics is hiring a Program Manager to run Walter Reed’s publications and issuances program and support executive correspondence for the Director and Chief of Staff. You will manage each policy’s lifecycle, keep the repository current, track taskers to closure, and serve as Claxton’s on-site lead.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, communications, public administration or related, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of executive-level support in a federal or military office
• Official correspondence and task-tracking systems
• DoDM 5110.04
• Experience working with SES and flag officers
• Expert MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• DHA or MTF experience
• Issuances program experience
