What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Monitor and report on call center performance: track and review dashboards, and deliver daily/weekly performance summaries.
Support team quality and consistency: review call logs, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold customer-service standards.
Help improve sales processes: identify training needs, contribute to internal training/learning materials, and support onboarding.
Work cross-departmentally: partner with Sales, Training, and Quality teams to ensure smooth communication and process adherence.
Handle escalated customer issues when needed — provide respectful, professional support and resolution guidance.
What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Strong verbal & written communication — you’re comfortable talking on the phone and documenting clearly.
Familiarity with CRM or call-center software (or willingness to learn).
Good analytical skills with comfort using basic performance metrics/reports.
Excellent team-player mentality, time management, multitasking ability, and emotional intelligence.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to an evolving, performance-driven environment.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Previous call-center or customer-service experience
Basic spreadsheet or data-reporting experience
Any sales or customer-relations background
