Executive Sales Assistant – Call Center (Full-Time, Las Vegas, NV)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Monitor and report on call center performance: track and review dashboards, and deliver daily/weekly performance summaries.

  • Support team quality and consistency: review call logs, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold customer-service standards.

  • Help improve sales processes: identify training needs, contribute to internal training/learning materials, and support onboarding.

  • Work cross-departmentally: partner with Sales, Training, and Quality teams to ensure smooth communication and process adherence.

  • Handle escalated customer issues when needed — provide respectful, professional support and resolution guidance.

What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.

  • Strong verbal & written communication — you’re comfortable talking on the phone and documenting clearly.

  • Familiarity with CRM or call-center software (or willingness to learn).

  • Good analytical skills with comfort using basic performance metrics/reports.

  • Excellent team-player mentality, time management, multitasking ability, and emotional intelligence.

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to an evolving, performance-driven environment.

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Previous call-center or customer-service experience

  • Basic spreadsheet or data-reporting experience

  • Any sales or customer-relations background
