Frontline Source Group is growingand were looking for an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area, with occasional in-person team connection opportunities.
We specialize in Accounting/Finance, HR, IT, Grocery, Marketing, Legal, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gasand after 20 years in business, were just getting started.
What Youll Do:
Manage a high-volume recruiting desk across professional sectors
Source, recruit, and build strong candidate relationships
Conduct high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Partner with account managers and contribute to team success
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Support business development and cross-selling efforts
Stay sharp with ongoing training and coaching
What You Bring:
2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional services required)
Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
