Discreet Armed Officer
We are seeking two experienced, professional security personnel for a discreet, plainclothes assignment:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, low-profile security presence
- Monitor the property and identify potential safety or security concerns
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Provide professional assistance to employees, guests, and clients
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports
- Follow all post orders, company policies, and client procedures
- Supervisor will provide on-site leadership, communicate with management, and ensure officer compliance
The people selected for this role are evaluated very carefully, held to a high standard, and chosen because they
carry themselves differently. Requirements:
- Valid Illinois PERC card
- Valid FOID card
- Valid Illinois Firearm Control Card and any other credentials required for armed security employment
- Previous armed security, law enforcement, military, or executive-protection experience preferred
- Strong communication, judgment, and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must successfully complete all required background and employment screenings

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay: 25 - 30
