Executive Personal Assistant to Principal, Real Estate Firm, Dallas, Texas
A dynamic and very busy principal of a successful real estate firm is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant who will sit at the center of her world. This isn't an administrative seat on the periphery but a true partnership. As the Principal’s trusted right-hand, you'll have a front-row view of how a real estate firm runs: the clients, the deals, and the family logistics that run alongside all of it. If you're the kind of assistant who wants to operate at that altitude, using every tool available — including AI —as a force multiplier to her, taking as much off her plate as possible to focus on the business, this role will be ideal for you.
About the Job:
• Own the Principal’s calendar in full, professional and personal — understanding conflicting priorities and schedules and managing them with diplomacy.
• Act as quasi Chief of Staff across day-to-day priorities: drive follow-through on key initiatives, flag what matters, and keep projects moving.
• Serve as gatekeeper and trusted liaison to business partners, clients, external stakeholders and household staff.
• Run point on the inbox personal and professional: prioritize what matters, protect focus, and craft correspondence on the Principal’s behalf.
• Produce the materials that move the business — research reports, weekly updates, client documents, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics ahead of meetings.
• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, personal and professional.
• Handle expense reporting
• Handle restaurant reservations, events for both business and personal purposes.
• Put AI and modern tools to work every day — not as a novelty, but as the reason one person can deliver what used to take three.
Competitive Base salary, comprehensive health benefits.
About You:
• 5+ years supporting a HNW executive as an Executive/Personal Assistant — experience in the Real Estate space a PLUS.
• Prior experience balancing both professional and personal support responsibilities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• You reach for technology instinctively, learn new tools fast, and already use AI to make your work better.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Well-versed in Dallas’s dining and events scene, with a genuine interest in what's new around the city and knowledge of luxury hotels and resorts worldwide preferred.
• Discretion — comfort and experience handling highly confidential personal and professional information with absolute discretion.
• Great attention to detail, highly organized. You grasp concepts quickly, show initiative, and work independently across both professional and personal responsibilities.
• High emotional intelligence: you read the room, anticipate the next move, and solve problems with minimal direction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. Skills.
• Warm engaging personality that understands the ‘high touch” mentality required for both personal and professional endeavors. A love of dogs a MUST!
