Executive & Personal Assistant


A private family office is seeking an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to provide high-level business and personal support to senior principals. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel
  • Coordinate personal and family logistics
  • Process expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation
  • Prepare board materials and coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors
  • Screen communications and manage confidential correspondence
  • Assist with oversight of residences, household staff, and family assets
  • Coordinate corporate, philanthropic, and family events
  • Support day-to-day office operations


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years supporting C-level executives, principals, or family office leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and travel/expense management systems
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, proactive, and highly discreet
  • Willingness to be available outside normal business hours when needed
