Position Summary We are seeking a high-potential Executive Operations Manager to work directly with our Executive Vice President. This is a developmental operating role for someone who wants to learn how a complex service business is managed and grow into broader leadership responsibility. The person will help the EVP organize priorities, prepare decisions, coordinate initiatives, strengthen management routines, and ensure important commitments are completed. The successful candidate will work across all business service lines and business functions. They will gain broad exposure to company operations, leadership decisions, client priorities, staffing, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative-support position. Calendar and meeting support are part of the job, but the primary purpose is to increase the EVP’s effectiveness and improve execution across the EVP’s area of responsibility.
