Position OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Irving, TX. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing corporate office operations, supervising administrative staff, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in office management, executive support, team leadership, vendor management, and organizational operations. This individual will serve as a key liaison between employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership while driving operational excellence across the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Office Operations
Oversee daily front office and reception operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment
Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and office communications
Executive Support
Provide administrative support to executive leadership
Manage calendars, schedules, priorities, and confidential information
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive business activities
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives
Meeting & Event Coordination
Coordinate onsite meetings, events, and corporate functions
Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
Prepare meeting spaces and ensure rooms are fully functional and organized
Support executive and departmental meetings as needed
Travel & Logistics Management
Coordinate business travel arrangements for executives and leadership teams
Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation
Communicate meeting schedules and logistics to attendees
Ensure seamless execution of travel and scheduling activities
Office Administration & Vendor Management
Oversee office supply purchasing, inventory, and budget management
Coordinate vendor relationships and service providers
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Ensure office equipment and resources remain operational
Team Leadership
Supervise Office Managers and administrative support staff
Delegate responsibilities and monitor performance
Support employee development and operational efficiency
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
Employee Onboarding Support
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
Prepare workspaces, equipment, and orientation materials
Partner with internal departments to support a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, executive administration, office operations, or administrative leadership
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
