Role Overview
We are seeking a top-notch communicator that is detail-oriented and proactive for a key position in PamTen at our Princeton office. The Executive & Marketing Assistant is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of high-level administrative coordination and creative marketing execution. You will play a vital role in supporting our executive leadership as well as ensuring our brand voice remains professional and consistent across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Schedule Management
  • Strategic Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external meeting requests with company top executives, communicating effectively with clients, admins, and employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Perform daily calendar audits to identify and resolve conflicts.
  • Priority Management: Exercise judgment to reschedule internal meetings in favor of high-priority external business development or client opportunities.
  • Executive Support: Provide insightful research, document development, and data reconciliation for the company CEO.
  • Assisting in Company Philanthropic Programs: Provide program support for company's philanthropic initiatives and community programs by assisting with communications and logistics for charitable events and volunteer opportunities.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Review social media posts written by the team for accuracy, tone, and industry relevance.
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate, write, edit, and distribute internal and external marketing emails.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative support &/or marketing (IT staffing or tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. You must be able to clearly communicate and be adaptable to different writing and spoken styles based on the requirements of the task.
  • Tech Savvy: A solid knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, and AI tools.
  • Reliability: Ability to work in person at our Princeton, NJ office on a part-time schedule.
  • Adaptability: A self-starter who can pivot quickly between administrative tasks and creative marketing projects.
