    Key Responsibilities

    Description of duties & activities

    Domestic & Exports Shipment

    Co-ordinate with Customer communicator/ demand planner for Shipment planning

    Co ordinate with Master planner/ Production Operations/ Pack line Team for timely crediting of FG's.

    Schedule shipments as per Promise dates to ensure timely delivery to customers.

    Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency

    Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

    Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and vendors.

    Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics

    Packing material Requirement

    Monitor stock levels of packing material to prevent shortages.

    Maintain detailed logs of material receipts, issuances , Tracking of Shipment Performances

    Other

    Inventory management and warehousing activities

    Collaborate with inter and intra department/ Sales Managers and Plant operations to achieve department / organization goals.

    Explore process improvement areas to enhance logistics operations.

    EMS /QMS/Safety Quality System

    Maintain records and adhere to EMS /QMS/Safety Quality System standards
