Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Housekeeper / Home Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of private residences while assisting with laundry, errands, light meal preparation, and household tasks.

Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented, dependable, and professional individual who works independently, respects client privacy, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Handle laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Run errands and assist with light meal preparation.
• Organize supplies and maintain a guest-ready home.
• Coordinate deliveries and scheduled vendor visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping, hospitality, or household management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $36,000-$55,000 annually.
• 10 days of paid time off plus holidays.
