    IDR is seeking a Executive Experience Consultant - Santa Clara, CA to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity. This role involves designing and delivering exceptional executive experiences within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on strategic advisory and flawless program execution for a global technology company.

    Position Overview for the Executive Experience Consultant - Santa Clara, CA:

    • Serve as a strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for executive briefings, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design human-centric, memorable engagements that drive customer transformation.
    • Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.
    • Facilitate Voice of the Customer sessions to gather insights, tailor experiences, and continuously improve program outcomes.
    • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic influence with operational execution, often under pressure and with tight deadlines.

    Requirements for the Executive Experience Consultant - Santa Clara, CA:

    • 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
    • Strong executive presence, with confident, warm, and clear communication at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated relationship management skills, including building trust with vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior clients.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, anticipatory approach to managing high-stakes projects.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in O365, CRM systems, Teams/Zoom, and briefing or event management tools.
