Creighton University seeks accomplished professionals, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts to join a pool of instructors who deliver high-quality executive and professional development programming for corporate and organizational partners.
This opportunity is designed for distinguished practitioners who bring a combination of deep academic or professional expertise, substantial leadership and industry experience, and a passion for developing the next generation of organizational leaders. Selected instructors will collaborate with Creighton faculty and program leaders to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for working professionals and executive audiences. Instructional assignments may include in-person and hybrid seminars, workshops, certificate programs, customized corporate training, and leadership development experiences. Appointments are made on an as-needed basis and are determined by organizational demand, subject-matter expertise, client needs, and program requirements. Creighton welcomes applications from experts whose experience and perspectives can address emerging challenges facing organizations, leaders, and the workforce.
Instructors may be engaged for individual programs or multiple assignments based on organizational demand, demonstrated performance, subject-matter expertise, and program needs.

Demonstration of Teaching Effectiveness
As part of the selection process, finalists will be invited to facilitate a live, in-person professional development session. The teaching demonstration will provide an opportunity to demonstrate the candidate''s ability to deliver an engaging, rigorous, and practical executive-level learning experience. The demonstration will be evaluated based on: Participant engagement and facilitation techniques, instructional presence and professionalism, content expertise and practical application, learning design and delivery methods, academic rigor, and overall program quality.
