Responsibilities of a Executive Driver:

Transportation Services

• Safely transport passengers to and from assigned destinations.
• Provide punctual and dependable transportation services.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Plan efficient travel routes and adjust to changing traffic conditions.
• Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
• Ensure passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on time.

Customer Service Excellence

• Greet passengers with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
• Deliver a welcoming and comfortable travel experience.
• Respond to passenger requests and questions in a professional manner.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Represent zTrip with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail.

Vehicle Care & Readiness

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional vehicle appearance.
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, stocked, and ready for service.
• Uphold company standards for vehicle safety and presentation.

Qualifications of an Executive Driver:

Required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to providing a safe and exceptional passenger experience.

Preferred

• Experience as a Chauffeur, Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Shuttle Driver, or Transportation Professional.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, or passenger transportation.
• Knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, and navigation systems.
• Experience providing service to business travelers, executives, or VIP clients.
