Position: Executive Director

Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 / year DOE

Location: Tulsa Metropolitan Area

Summary

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all operations within a regional office, including engineering services, brokerage activities, client relations, business development, and talent acquisition. The position holds full profit and loss responsibility for the office, including annual budget preparation and monthly financial performance review.

As one of several division leaders, this individual serves on the organization’s leadership committee and plays a key role in shaping overall strategy, operational excellence, and growth initiatives. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and participation in divisional profitability. This role reports directly to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for all regional office functions.
  • Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across multiple service lines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with shared services teams including accounting, engineering, IT, and human resources.
  • Mentor and coach brokerage and property management professionals to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal real estate regulations.
  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Oversee financial management of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Support transaction negotiations and complex deal structuring as needed.
  • Guide property management teams in best practices, budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and contract oversight.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for construction and capital improvement projects.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to align on strategy, performance goals, and operational priorities.
  • Resolve client concerns and disputes with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Maintain quality control standards across brokerage, engineering, and property management services.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and business partners.
  • Drive growth initiatives across brokerage and property management service lines.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Significant experience in real estate operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong industry network and business development track record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of real estate transactions and documentation processes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
