Executive Director Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living community, ensuring quality care and services
- Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams
- Manage relationships with Medicaid programs, Council on Aging, case managers, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and survey readiness
- Drive occupancy through community outreach and referral partnerships
- Manage budget, labor, and overall financial performance
Executive Director Requirements:
- Licensed (or eligible) Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing
- Strong experience with Medicaid, waiver programs, and community-based services
- Proven ability to work with diverse and underserved populations
- Experience partnering with Council on Aging, hospitals, or community agencies
- Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge
- Clinical background or strong clinical oversight experience preferred
