The Executive Director, Management Advisor, Omnichannel Marketing position will report into the Senior Vice President/Vice President of Marketing Enablement and will support the Omnichannel Marketing solution while serving in a client-facing and project management capacity.
During the course of client engagements, the Executive Director, Omnichannel Marketing will lead project-level work to evaluate clients' current and future-state needs as it relates to resources (headcount and financial) and skills/capabilities related to operating practices within a dynamically changing healthcare landscape and directly in support of the marketing function.
The Executive Director, Omnichannel Marketing role is a critical, client-facing position responsible for executing and delivering contracted services; expanding the breadth and depth of value delivered to clients; engaging TGaS' Operations team in delivery of the highest quality information and analyses; and broadening awareness of the company's offerings across the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
The Executive Director, Omnichannel Marketing will perform four key responsibilities:
Client Benchmark engagements and related projects
Act as an Advisory Services lead
Business Development / Opportunity Identification
Contribute to Innovation
Specifically, in the context of each of these four key responsibilities, the Executive Director, Management Advisor, Omnichannel Marketing will:

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience directing Omnichannel Marketing departments and/or functions in a large or mid-tier pharmaceutical company or emerging life sciences organization. Candidates originating from industries beyond bio-pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals consulting will also be considered. The candidate must possess the credibility and experience to both deeply understand Marketing and Omnichannel Marketing roles/responsibilities, processes, systems, and advise on related best practices. The position will require a driven person to develop and maintain relationships for continuous client engagement. Prior experience as a consultant or in roles of a consultative capacity would be desirable.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
