Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office
Help manage office workflow, systems, and administrative processes
Support attorneys and staff to ensure the office runs efficiently
Assist with staff coordination, accountability, and general office oversight
Help maintain a professional, organized, client-friendly office environment
Monitor priorities, deadlines, and operational needs across the office
Coordinate with leadership on office management and process improvement
Assist with law firm administration, policies, and internal procedures
Help ensure files, communication, and support functions are handled smoothly
Serve as a point person for office-related issues and operational problem-solving
Qualifications
Prior law firm experience required
Experience in office management, legal administration, operations, or a similar leadership role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Professional communication and team coordination skills
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving ability
Experience supporting attorneys or legal staff strongly preferred
