Key Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across affordable housing, asset management, property management, finance, construction, and compliance functions.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
Partner closely with the Board and senior leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, performance management, and resource optimization.
Develop and mentor staff leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations, funding requirements, audits, and risk management standards.
Represent the organization with community stakeholders, financial partners, municipal agencies, and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive leadership experience within affordable housing, real estate, commercial lending, community development, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial statement analysis.
Experience managing regulated programs, compliance requirements, and external stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Mission-driven leader with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
