The Executive Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and overall brand management for Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe. This role oversees casino marketing, player development, database marketing, brand marketing and advertising, social media, entertainment, special events, and promotions.
The Executive Director is accountable for driving revenue, market share, and guest engagement while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and Nevada Gaming Commission regulations. This position also requires active participation in community organizations and local marketing boards to enhance the property’s visibility and reputation.
The ideal candidate will maintain a strong on-property presence during weekends and peak business periods and will collaborate cross-functionally, including contributing to operational and financial presentations. This role must consistently deliver a high level of professional and personalized guest service aligned with the Company’s core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy, and Positivity).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising required. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of documented success in the gaming industry is required.
