The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacovigilance team, overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of adverse events and safety data, and ensuring the timely submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of managing a team of professionals. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
