The Residence at North Ridge, a Mission Health Managed Community, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our 190-apartment Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Salary: $105,000-$125,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the community in accordance with resident needs, state regulations, and Mission Health policies and procedures.
This leader will focus on maintaining excellent resident services, developing and supporting a strong team, maximizing occupancy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving the community's financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of community operations
Partner with community management, regional leadership, and home office teams
Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate department leaders and staff
Maintain a strong culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and our CARES values
Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, company policies, and employment laws
Maintain high standards related to resident safety, infection control, fire safety, and overall quality of services
Conduct routine inspections and monitor services to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Recruit, select, develop, and retain qualified team members
Monitor employee morale and turnover while promoting teamwork and accountability
Manage community budgets, labor costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial performance measures
Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability while maintaining an appropriate payer mix
Monitor market trends and competition
Lead and support internal sales and marketing efforts throughout the community
Develop strong relationships with referral sources, residents, families, and community partners
Support events and outreach efforts that promote occupancy and community awareness
Ensure community programming is effectively managed and marketed
Communicate and consistently enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, or Long-Term Care
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential required
Previous Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience required
Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
Sales and marketing experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
